**REMINDER**
Our policy has ALWAYS been - drivers must carry the FULL order or provide an
overweight ticket OR the accounting office will pro-rate the load.
This is stated on our agreement, which is signed by the dispatchers.
Several trucks have been carrying
reduced orders with no supporting scale ticket.
You WILL BE PRO-RATED for failure to follow this policy!
If the mill is not loading the full order - call me while the truck is
there
and we can solve it with the
mill.
As fuel rises for you - it also makes our shipping cost rise. If trucks are not
carrying our full order - we are losing the cost of truckloads of freight. |
